Sofia Alethe Romark was born in 1980 in Tønsberg, Norway.
In 2004 she was accepted at The Florence Academy of Art. (Florence, Italy) In 2006 she was awarded The Best Drawing of the Year. She graduated with the three year diploma in  2007, and also completed a 4th year of specialization. For one year she was an assistant teacher in the Intensive Drawing Program. She has also been an assistant in the summer programs at The Florence Academy of Art since 2007.
Sofia has had a solo exhibition and participated in several group shows.
